PPC Main Event (Day 2): Greg Fishberg Mounting Towers

Level 21 (10,000/20,000/3,000)
Total Entrants: 511

Players Remaining: 23
Average Stack: 794,000

Greg Fishberg came back from dinner in fifth gear and is nearing the first group of chip leaders.

The number of all-ins so far in Level 21 have been minimal for the most part, but that doesn’t mean that chips aren’t moving. Since play resumed, Greg Fishberg has been the primary aggressor at his table and is being handsomely rewarded for it. Fishberg is nearing the 1,300,000 after taking down a pot against Nathan Cheadle and is quickly rising in the chip counts.

Cheadle opened for 40,000 on the button and Fishberg defended his big blind to see a J9♠7 flop. Fishberg checked and Cheadle continued for 65,000. After assembling a few yellow 25,000 chips, Fishberg check-raised to 150,000. Cheadle called and the 2 came on the turn.

Fishberg moved all-in and Cheadle rolled his eyes as he snap-folded to concede the pot and retain his last 450,000. Fishberg and friend, Joe Palma, have run deep together in many events before and are nearing yet another simultaneous final table as both are over 1,200,000.
