The theme for March Madness, as coined by Jim Valvano, is to “survive and advance” and in that spirit, short stacks at this stage of Day 1G are looking to do just that and move on to tomorrow’s Day 2.
Tyler Beaton has had an up and down day and is trying to make some headway before the end of the night. The former Big Stax 200 Champion cashed in last year’s PNIA Main Event at SugarHouse and will look to regain that form once again this weekend.
Evy Ankers is grinding along and staying out of harm’s way for the time being. Ankers has a few smaller scores at SugarHouse and would move over the $30,000 mark in career earnings should she find a way to make the money in this event.
