The second-to-last of the Day 1 flights for the Philadelphia Poker Classic is about ready to get underway with the start of Day 1F. Through the first five flights of the event, 212 players have entered, leaving the $200,000 guarantee on pace to overlay.
As with all the main event flights, players have 12 45-minute levels to face in order to book a spot in Sunday’s Day 2. All entrants will start their main event with 30,000 chips and have the option to re-enter or late register for the entirety of Day 1 before the buy-in turns to $2,100 on Sunday. There will be a break every three levels today and a dinner break following Level 6, which will hit around 5:30 pm. A full structure sheet can be found here.
The SugarHouse blog will be here for all of Day 1F and tomorrow’s 1G providing complete coverage of this championship event.
