Greg Fishberg’s chip castle keeps growing higher and higher as is he is well over the 1,000,000 with 29 players remaining.

Greg Fishberg is among the most experienced players left in this SugarRush Challenge field and is gearing up his stack for a late-night run deep in this event. Fishberg recently sent Jesse Cohen to the rail and looks top be nearing the 1,200,000 mark but it is hard to tell for sure given how his chips are stacked.

Fishberg opened to 40,000 from under the gun and Cohen moved all-in for about 135,000 from the cutoff. Action folded back to Fishberg, who called with J♣9 and was live against the A♠K of Cohen.

Fishberg picked up a straight draw on the Q86♠ flop and added to his outs on the 5 turn. Cohen would have to dodge a healthy portion of the deck to stay alive but could not do it when the J hit the river.

Cohen headed to the payout desk to collect his earnings while Fishberg climbs near current chip leader Greg Maynard, who is up to 1,560,000 as the three-table redraw nears.
